"Moving into Stillness"
Yoga classes combine a sequence of relaxation, breathing, postures and meditation to balance the flow of energy throughout the body and deepen awareness. The aim is to guide you towards the stillness or presence at the core of your being and to allow this inherent state of joy and peace to flow through you unobstructed.
I am an experienced yoga teacher running classes for groups of adults and teenagers as well as one-to-one. I qualified as a yoga teacher with the BWY in 1997 and have experienced many styles of yoga which have informed my teaching. I am a regular teacher at the One World Festival
